Sharing experience with Chinese colleagues

On September 25 through 30, a delegation of Beijing diplomatic mission services bureau headed by Ms. Jiang Qi was invited to Russia by the Main Department to share the experience and advise on matters of mutual interest.

Chinese colleagues were interested in a wide range of professional matters: terms of lease of office and residential buildings, procedure of providing services of staffing of embassies, issues of capital construction, repairs, restoration and operation of facilities and many other matters.

In the process of consultations that took place in the Reception House of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (Spiridonovka str., 17) deputy director of GlavUpDK V.V. Kuznetsov has informed the delegation of Beijing diplomatic mission services bureau in details on activity and prospects of work of the Main Department. In the spirit of long-lasting friendship and understanding, the parties have expressed their opinions on urgent matters of servicing diplomatic and other foreign missions and have demonstrated mutual interest in further development of cooperation between our organizations.

Delegation has examined the most large and significant sites of GlavUpDK: recently restored estate at Kropotkinsky lane, 13, and office and residential blocks “Dobrynya”, “Five Ponds” and “Park Place”.

In the framework of the business program of the visit, guests got also thoroughly acquainted with the activity and infrastructure of the branch of the Main Department “Moscow Country Club” – Russia’s first and one of the world best golf resorts, on the professional field of which an international contest Russian Open Golf Championship (Senior) was held, as well as that of the branch “Zavidovo” Recreation Facility”, where the delegation was traditionally heartily welcomed and given a chance to enjoy splendid autumn Volga landscapes.
