GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia is a commercial organization subordinate to the MFA. The Government of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia act as the company’s founders.
GlavUpDK comprises five branches and specialized structural subdivisions that provide a set of highly sought after services to the diplomatic community, corporate and private clients.
GlavUpDK's charitable activities are conducted on the basis of both continuous cooperation with foundations and organizations and in the form of individual actions to assist those in need of immediate support.
The functions of interaction with representatives of the media and the Internet community are assigned to the Press Service and Information Department, which is an independent structural unit of GlavUpDK at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia kicked off a project to restore the manor house in Moscow, 67/1 Pyatnitskaya Street. The 1,006-sq. m brick mansion is a cultural heritage site of federal significance managed by GlavUpDK.
