Dear citizens!

The Russian Foreign Ministry’s GlavUpDK is guided in its activities by the principles of transparency and openness.

Any citizen may report in writing possible corruption facts (hereinafter — report), in particular, GlavUpDK accepts for consideration reports on facts of:

• Corrupt practices in the activity of employees of Russian Foreign Ministry’s GlavUpDK and employees of branches of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s GlavUpDK;
• Conflict of interest in the activity of employees of Russian Foreign Ministry’s GlavUpDK and employees of branches of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s GlavUpDK;
• Non-compliance with the restrictions and prohibitions set by the Russian Foreign Ministry’s GlavUpDK Order No 52 of 28.01.2015

You may submit an e-form report using one of the following:

1. e-mail: anticorrupt@updk.ru;
2. fax: 8 (495) 637-70-47;
3. feedback form for reporting corrupt practices.

Please, note that GlavUpDK will not consider:

• anonymous reports (not specifying the name of the citizen who sent the report);
• reports without mailing address for sending a reply;
• reports not related to corrupt practices of employees of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s GlavUpDK;
• reports containing obscenities or abusive language, with threats to life, health and property of employees of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s GlavUpDK, as well as their family members.

Please check the Federal Law No 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006and articles 128.1 and 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federationbefore sending a report.
