GlavUpDK Head Alexey Izotov had a working meeting with newly appointed Portuguese Ambassador Paulo Vizeu Pinheiro on March 1.
The sides discussed general cooperation issues. Inter alia, Izotov gave a detailed description of the services provided by GlavUpDK and its affiliates to diplomatic missions accredited in Russia.
