Participation in the International Specialized Expo “Denkmal-Moscow 2013”

GlavUpDK took part in the International Specialized Expo dedicated to protection, restoration and adaptation for modern use of the cultural heritage sites “Denkmal-Moscow 2013”, which took place on October 3 through 5 in the territory of the Art-PlayDesignCenter.

On a day before the opening of expo, it was attended by the Mayor of Moscow S.S. Sobyanin and Chief Burgomaster of Leipzig Burkhard Jung.

Having interestedly studied the exhibit of GlavUpDK provided by the head of the Main Department V.I. Pashko, the Mayor of Moscow has highly praised the activity of our entity in preservation and restoration of invaluable historical and architectural monuments of the federal and regional importance located in the territory of the capital city of Russia and experience in their adaptation for modern use.

Mr. S.S. Sobyanin and Mr. B. Jung were accompanied by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow A.V. Kibovsky.

The exhibit of the Main Administration for Service to the Diplomatic Corps of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia extensively displayed the recently restored cultural heritage sites, including:

  “City mansion of the Suvorovs – N.I. Baranov – N.P. Gagman, ХVIII — ХХ centuries”;
• Leontievsky lane, 4 
  “A house, early XIX century, architect: A.G. Grigoriev”
• Klebny lane, 28 
  “City mansion, XIX – XX centuries, architects: S.A. Elagin, V.A. Mazyrin, A.N. Zeligson”.
