It has been changed the rules of issuing a certificate due to childcare

It has came into effect the Order of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia, dated the 02^nd of July 2014 N 348н ‘Concerning the alterations of the provision 35 procedure of issuing a sick certificate, approved by the order of the Ministry of Health Care and social development of the Russian Federation, dated the 29^th of June 2011, N 624н’, governed the changes, concerning the issuing of a certificate due to care of a child, younger than 7 years old.

Before it was possible to obtain a sick certificate for all period of acute decease of acute exacerbation of a chronic disease of a child, younger than seven years old. If the child, for example, required medical treatment for a gain in health, than employed parent could not take care of a child. According to the new edition of the rules, a sick certificated can be issued upon any sickness (but not more than 60 days in a year, and in some serious deceases – not more than 90 days).
