GlavUpDK, SYSKAN company (Japan) sign memorandum of intent to implement Russian-Japanese medical center construction project in Moscow

Another round of negotiations between the GlavUpDK administration and Japan’s System Environmental Research Institute Co (SYSKAN) took place in Moscow on January 25.

GlavUpDK Head Alexey Izotov and SYSKAN Chairman Yukitoshi Yamamoto signed the Memorandum of Intent to implement the Russian-Japanese project of building a unique medical center in Moscow.

The sides agreed to be exclusive partners in the Moscow region for the purpose of successful cooperation in improving healthcare service to the foreign diplomatic corps accredited in Russia and Russian citizens.
