GlavUpDK Constructs New "Diplomatic" House

The nine-storey building will comprise three sections and include 112 apartments with 1 to 3 rooms each. The building will be located in a beautiful and quiet place in Ramenka microdistrict, between Dovzhenko and Mosfilmovskaya streets. The land plot is bounded on the north and northeast by specially protected area of Setun River Valley Natural Reserve.

The new project of GlavUpDK embodies modern architectural and planning solutions. Offices and a day-care center will be located on the first floor. A tree-level parking with 267 lots will be arranged on underground floors and underneath the adjacent territory.

Interior works provide for installation of in-built furniture, kitchen appliances, washing and dish washing machines, and bathroom fixtures.

Following completion of the construction works, landscaping and site finishing, construction of a playground and a recreation ground will be performed.
