Cuban Foreign Ministry’s delegation visits GlavUpDK

A delegation of the Cuban Foreign Ministry led by Internal Legal Department Director Miguel Ángel Moreno Carpio visited Moscow on May 14 and 15. The delegation included specialists in the field of law, security, information technologies, and architecture.

The conversation with experts of GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia focused on the accommodation of the Cuban diplomatic mission in Moscow consistent with intergovernmental agreements amongst other issues.

On May 15, the Cuban delegation and Ambassador Gerardo Peñalver Portal met with Head of GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia Alexey Izotov. The Deputy Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Latin American Department, Anna Kosenkova, and a leading specialist of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Department of Capital Construction and Overseas Property, Antony Martynov, also took part in the meeting.

The sides had a detailed exchange of opinions on diplomatic real estate.
