Ceremony of placing the capsule in the foundation of the health center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation currently under construction

On Thursday, June 13, 2013, pursuant to the resolution of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and subject to the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S.V. Lavrov dated June 15, 2010 No. 9117 on construction of the Health Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, a capsule was placed in the foundation of the building under construction.

Registered address of the new facility, the construction owner functions of which are performed by GlavUpDK is Pushkina str., 14, township of Malakhovka, Lyuberetsky district, Moscow province.

The ceremony of placing the capsule in the foundation of the new building to be constructed was preceded by extensive preparatory work. “GIPROKON A-D” Company” LLC designed the future health center. The most complex stage of the zero cycle construction work is already complete.

In his speech, general director of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation S.I. Mareyev expressed his confidence that the task assigned to GlavUpDK will be performed with high quality and in time.

In his turn, the director of GlavUpDK V.I. Pashko has emphasized, that great attention is paid to construction of the facility of great social importance for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. No doubt that the honored veterans of the Ministry, for whom this health center is being constructed, will be provided the best and up-to-date services.

Representative of the contractor, general director of “TN Group” LLC V.L. Tukalo assured the directors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chief Diplomatic Corps Services Department that the work will be performed in accordance with world standards.

The construction site was consecrated by archpriest S.A. Nikitin – abbot of the Cathedral of Simeon Stolpnik, Povarskaya street.

Traditionally, the capsule placed in the foundation of the future building, contains the message for the progeny, which was earlier read out to the applause of the attendants, a new issue of “Russian Gazette” and few coins.

The ceremony was attended by the director of Department of Affairs Management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation A.R. Karpushin, officers of the Management Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, management of GlavUpDK and contracting organization.
