We invite you to take a part in the Annual General Meeting, Final Swing 2015 and the Gala-dinner which will be held on October 3th

The beginning of the registration starts on September 22 at 10am

The deadline to sign up is October 1 at 10:00

The tournament program and rules

1. The Annual General Meeting (AGM)

4 new BOG members will be elected on the AGM. Names of the members to fill the vacancies should be written in the special form (the example is attached ) which is placed on the information board in the new clubhouse. Every Nominee must have at least 5 signatures from existing members.

2. The Format of Final Swing tournament

The Greens, 2 people in the team (both players tee shot and choose the best ball player whose ball is chosen, makes the next pass, continue to play one ball alternately)

Handicap: the sum of the two players handicaps divided by 4.

Maximum number of players – 156.

3. The Gala dinner 2015 in the style «Retro Cinema»

Dress code: «Retro Cinema».

Maria Bazhenova will help you to choose and reserve the table for the dinner, tel. 8–495–626–59–25.

We’ll reserve the table for you when the tickets are paid (at the Pro Shop).

Maximum number of people for the dinner – 200.

Ticket for the dinner:

• Club members and spouses – 500 rubles

• Guests – 6000 rubles

4. The program of the day

09.45 – 11.15 Annual General Meeting (clubhouse)

11:15 – 11:50 Registration (clubhouse)

12:00 Shot gun start

18:00 Cocktail (golf restaurant)

19:45 The dinner, music program and prize giving for the Final Swing, Autumn 4 ball, Match play, Monthly Medal, Midweek and Eclectic tournaments, Order of merit.
