An official reception celebrating the 81st anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War took place in the Cultural Center.

Foreign ambassadors and military attachés from friendly countries were invited.

Deputy Head of GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia Evgeniy Moskovets delivered a welcome address. "Victory Day has a special place in the history of our country. We are honoring the memory of the heroic generation that defended our peoples' freedom and independence and delivered the world from the horrors of Nazism," he said.

The Girls from Voronezh folk band presented the musical program with wartime songs.
