The services offered by Moscow Country Club and Zavidovo suburban hotels for corporate customers were presented at Workshop BE IN RUSSIA MICE Russia@Next to You!, held on March 11 at Marriott Hotel Novy Arbat.
BE IN RUSSIA is an annual event held to develop business tourism. This year about 60 exhibitors and 250 buyers took part in it.
Sales Center specialists held meetings with potential clients – agency representatives, corporate customers and other MICE professionals involved in the event industry.
As part of the workshop, representatives of the Main Administration for Service to the Diplomatic Corps spoke about the opportunities of Moscow Country Club and Zavidovo for organizing business events and recreational team activities.
We offer business centers, event and conference halls, restaurants and bars, sports centers, outdoor sports grounds and tents in summer and turnkey event planning.
Moscow Country Club business center has eight equipped halls for different conferences and business meetings, including Audience (247 seats), Forest (80 seats) and Swan Lake (50 seats). The Vremena Goda restaurant and the winter garden on the club grounds are also available for business events.
At the workshop, Sales Center specialists have presented a new venue, Forest Country Hall. The hall covering 240 sq m is perfect for celebrations and business events. It has a seating capacity of 80-100 and offers different types of seating arrangements. The hall with an outdoor terrace is fully equipped.
The club has an excellent infrastructure for team building and corporate sporting events both in winter and summer. In addition, in warm months, events – tournaments or training sessions – are held at the golf club.
The Zavidovo Recreation Complex is located 100 kilometers from Moscow, at the confluence of the Volga and Shosha rivers. The guests can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city to listen to the silence of the Moscow forest.
You can hold an event for 10 or up to 400 people alike. We offer conference rooms, business classes, event halls, including the Sadko hall with an area of 740 sq m, and restaurants. Our guests can enjoy traditional hunting and fishing, take a Russian steam bath on the river bank or try water activities. Football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, table tennis, pool, shooting tournaments will appeal to outdoor enthusiasts.
