From June 1, 2014 enters into force of provision prohibiting smoking on the basis of Federal Law № 15-FZ February 23, 2013 «On health protection from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption»:

• Long-distance trains, on ships on long voyages, in the provision of transport services of passengers;
• On passenger platforms of the suburban traffic that are used exclusively for planting and disembarking the train;
• In the hotels;
• In stores and malls, shopping facilities in the non-stationary;
• In catering.

Responsibility for violation of the ban on smoking in all the above areas is provided with the already existing Article 6.24 of the Administrative Code 15 November 2013 «Violation of the statutory ban on smoking tobacco in some territories, on the premises and the facilities» and represents the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens.
