Position of the club's championship match play
(Matchplay 2014)
1. General
1.1. Organization conducting the competition is the MKS " Moscow Country
Club .
1.2. Competitions are held in the format of individual matches on 18 holes
with handicap. Match meetings are held on the " Olympic " system ( with leaving
the loser ) , in two groups of 64 people .
1.3. In group A ( «golden» group) will be main prize and the title "
Champion of club match play in 2014," the group -B ( «silver " group) will be
drawn the second prize and the title of "Winner of match championship 2014 "
silver " group.»
2 . Requirements for participants and registration
2.1. In match play championship can take part of any member of the club (
except for the following types of membership: The wife of a member of the golf
club / golf club Child member , membership weekday ) having on the day of the
qualifying round of the submitted value exact handicap of 22.8 or less – for
men , 33 1 or less – for women.
2.2. If a request for participation in the championship match- handed player
whose handicap is not certified , as specified in paragraph , he may be allowed
to participate in the competition only after the Committee's consideration of
its application .
2.3. Women and men play in the overall standings , with women playing with a
red tee – pads , men – with blue -minute sites .
3. Distribution of participants into groups
3.1. Selection of 128 participants and their distribution on Gold and
Silver groups produced on the basis of the qualifying tournament , which takes
place of your choice – either May 31 or June 1. The player must play one of
these days . Format Qualifier – individual stableford with 75% of the game
handicap. 64 players with the best result will play in the Gold Flight players
from 65 to 128 the result will play in the Silver Flight In case of identical
results the higher position is the player with the lowest exact handicap.
4. Schedule individual matches
4.1. First phase matches must be played on a specially designated for this
day. Possible to move the match for no longer than 2 days from the date of the
first phase in agreement with the partner. Example: Player 1 wants to move the
match of the first stage . Player 2 can not play for 2 days . 1 player
eliminated from the tournament.
4.2. For the remaining stages of the competition , with the exception of the
final , the participants are free to determine the date and time of the match ,
within the period of time allotted to conduct the appropriate step. In order to
ensure a qualified judging players should inform the Committee in advance of the
time of the match.
4.3. If opponents are not able to reach agreement on the timing of the match
, the match shall be considered designated for 15 hours last day of the period
allotted for conducting the appropriate step. If the opponent does not appear at
this time to the first landing -minute , which was the player is declared the
winner of the match. If both players did not appear at the appointed time to the
first landing -minute , and none of the players before this time told the
Committee on Assignment match his opponent , both players are considered
vybyvshimi of competition.
4.4. The Committee may appoint a different starting date unplayed matches,
based on expediency.
4.5. Match meetings should be completed no later than: Matches the first
phase ( 1/32finala ) – June 15; Matches of the second stage ( 1/16finala
) – 29 June; Matches the third stage ( 1/8finala ) – July 19; Matches the
fourth stage ( 1/4finala ) – August 3; Semifinal matches – August 30;
Final – September 28.
5. Rules matches
5.1. All matches are conducted with the use of 3/4 handicap game : game
handicap cut to 3/4 , and then determines the difference handicaps . Players
receive ( give ) beats the odds in accordance with gandikapovymi indices holes
indicated on the scorecards . For example : Player A plays a match against Team
-B . Their full game handicaps are 18 and 33, respectively , 3 /4 of the game
handicaps – 14 and 25 . Thus, the player -B match against Team A receives
11 strokes handicaps , to the wells with indices 1–11 . 5.2. All matches
must be played on 18 holes sequentially, starting with 1 hole , unless
otherwise determined by the Committee in accordance with the Rules of
Golf .
5.3. The game is won in advance when one of the leading opponents by a
margin of more holes than their left to play.
5.4 . If the winner of the match is not revealed on 18 holes , the match
should continue until the winner is – hole for the hole , starting with
1 hole. If you continue, the odds of hitting the match must be given in
accordance with gandikapovymi index holes in the same place and in the first
18 holes.
5.5. A player may concede a match ( to admit defeat in the match ) at any
time prior to the start of the match or at any time during the match – before
its completion , in accordance with Rule 2–4.
5.6. At the conclusion of each match, players should immediately report his
findings to the Committee in order to ensure the availability of information
about the winner of the match for the rest of the competitors . Win a match the
player should take all necessary measures to reconcile with the next opponent
date and time of the next game , informing the necessary information to the
representative of the Committee.
5.7. During the award ceremony of the tournament " Final Swing " will be
held awarding the winners and award prizes. Prizes winners receive «gold» and
«silver» group , as well as the finalists.
