The first annual Golf tournament «Friendship of Vietnam and Russia» will be
held on October 1, 2013 the Golf course of the Moscow Country club. The
competition will be attended by 80 Russian and Vietnamese golfers, among
them – Vietnamese businessmen and diplomats, Russian businessmen, sportsmen,
politicians and public figures and others.
The tournament was organized by the Association of Vietnamese golfers in
Russia «VietGolfMos» with the support of the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia.
The competitions are held at 11:00 at the same time (Shotgun). Format: stroke
play with handicap in groups: men And: 0–18 In: 18,1–36. Women
L: 0–36.
Awards of the tournament «Absolute champion» – Best
Gross. First, second and third places in groups. Additional nominations for men
and women: «The long-range strike» and «The Closest blow to the hole»and a
lottery.

The Association of Vietnamese Golfers in Russia
«VietGolfMos»
The Association of Vietnamese golfers VietGolfMos» (VGM) was established in
Moscow in 2008 five Vietnamese golfers under the honorary chairmanship of
Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Russia Mr. Mr. Bui
Dinh Dinh, President of the Association is Mr. Nguyen Manh hung. The Association
unites the Vietnamese who live and work in Moscow, and do business in Russia,
love and play Golf. Currently, the Association for 50 people, including
representatives of the fair sex, and juniors, and older people, and even the
Russian golfer. The Association of Vietnamese golfers VietGolfMos was created to
bring together and support Vietnamese golfers in Russia. Many of our members are
registered in the Russian Golf Association (AGR), are members of the various
Golf clubs in Russia, actively participating in the life course, in tournaments
held Golf clubs, Golf Association of Russia, Association of Golf the Moscow
Region and other organizations. An important place in the life of VietGolfMos
organization has to charity tournaments, the proceeds from which are directed to
the aid to victims of floods in Vietnam, as well as participation in visiting
tournaments organized by other associations Vietnamese golfers in Europe (Czech
Republic, Germany, great Britain and other countries), Asia and America. Many
members of the Association «VietGolfMos», participating in various Russian
tournaments, were able to achieve significant results. Association
«VietGolfMos» is proud of his players: at the Open championship G&PK

Phuong – 3rd place on the rearmost shock among women); at the tournament Golf
Cup East of the GC «Agalarov» (Le thi Mai Phuong – 1st place in the
women's group, Nguyen Minh hang – 2nd place in the women's group, Nguyen
Minh Ngoc – 3-first place in the women's group, Nguen Zha Bao – 2nd place
in the male group).
«VietGolfMos» is a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, a
place where golfers can communicate, exchange experience. The Association helps
strengthen friendly relations with the Russian golfers, organizational and helps
in participating in different tournaments, contributes to the development of
friendship between Russia and Vietnam.
Golf in Vietnam Recently Vietnam is gaining popularity among
lovers of Golf. Besides the natural and historical and cultural beauties of
Vietnam, Golf an important and noticeable factor for attracting tourists to this
wonderful country. The history of development of Golf in Vietnam is almost
100 years. The oldest club in the country – Palace Golf Club (original field
with 9 holes) – was built by order of Emperor Bao day and was opened in
1922. Now in Vietnam for more than 30 world class Golf courses, the highest
level. Among their authors are well-known all over the world golfers – Colin
Montgomerie, Nick Faldo, Greg Norman. The majority of Golf courses in Vietnam
were designed by designers from Australia. Here is everything you need for a

entertain, but to play on the superb Golf courses of the many Golf clubs
Vietnam.
