October 30, the Cultural Center hosted the INNOTECH XXI conference, which was timed to coincide with the 5th anniversary of the Charitable Foundation for the Revival of Russian Church Architecture.
The gala was opened by the Logos male choir who performed The Bell Is Ringing Monotonously.
Foundation President Alexey Agapov gave a talk on the most significant projects implemented by the foundation during the five years.
Metropolitan Ferapont of Kostroma and Nerekhta, Elena Nikolaeva, Head of Special Projects at Rostec Group, Alexey Kolesnik, Chairman of the Board Eurasian Cooperation Development Fund, and Sergey Bazhenov, CEO of Park Patriot Media, addressed the conference guests with welcoming speeches.
Irina Zaigraeva, Deputy Head of the Department for State Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites and Urban Development, read an address to conference participants from the Russian Ministry of Culture.
The official part also featured the projects run jointly by Innotech XXI Foundation, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, and the Brest Diocese, namely, the feature film “Faith” and a series of projects to restore the Garrison Church on the grounds of the Brest Fortress.
It was attended by political and public figures, philanthropists, representatives of the business community, academia, and media.
