On the 10th of June 2014 at the Culture Center of GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia took place the Gala night on the occasion of Russia Day, guests of which were Heads of diplomatic Representative offices of foreign countries with spouses, and also Russian Public officials.
‘My Russia’ — the name of the exhibition of works of national artist of Russia Sergey Andriyaki and honored artist of Russia, sculptor Oleg Zakomorniy. Displayed there artworks caused quite an interest on the part of exalted foreign guests.
V.I.Pashko, the Head of GlavUpDk spoke before the audience and noticed that Primary Administration intends not only create comfort conditions for life and business of diplomatic community, but also provide the opportunity to get to know the state of residence — the country of thousand years history and unique cultural heritage. It could be the solid basis for development of long-term relations with our country at different areas, underlined the Head of the Primary Administration.
After the official part the concert started with participation of the best artists of TV projects ‘the Children Voice’ and ‘the Voice’ accompanied by jazz-band ‘Phonograph’. The program included popular music pieces of national and foreign compositors. Fascinating performance of the masters of vocal and perspective talents were greeted with applauses.
At the end of the concert the gala reception took place. The evening finished with a traditional dove release — the symbol of peace and kindness for all nations, inhabited our planet.
