GlavUpDK’s affiliate, the Moscow Country Club, traditionally hosted the Final Swing 2017 tournament, which closes the golfing season, on the first Saturday of October.
As many as 153 golf players participated in the tournament held in the Greensomes format, two players in a team.
The outcome of the golfing season and the Final Swing tournament was summed up at the annual meeting of club members. Alexander Timoshin and Yegor Malevich won gold; Mia Sattar and Marina Titcheva got silver, and Gleb Fetisov and Alexei Klimov ranked third.
Awards were presented to the best players of several tournaments of the season, in addition to winners in the Best Caddie and Hole in One nominations.
In all, season awards were presented to 70 golf players.
