GlavUpDK congratulates MFA’s Boarding School on new school year
The MFA of Russia’s Boarding School had a celebratory assembly dedicated to the Day of Knowledge on September 1. Chief Advisor to the GlavUpDK Head Alexander Sukhoruchenko and Head of the Administrative Directorate Alexander Gibov congratulated the students and the school collective on behalf of GlavUpDK.
Sukhoruchenko read out greetings from Head of GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia Alexei Izotov and thanked School Principal Olga Kudryashova, pedagogues and students for taking part in the 19th Children’s Diplomatic Games held at the Zavidovo Recreation Complex on August 26.
“We have borne witness multiple times to the talented and multifaceted work of the school pedagogues revealing the creative potential of their students. Their brilliant performance, a gem of the Diplomatic Games, brought joy to the participants and guests,” Izotov said in the greetings.
On behalf of the GlavUpDK administration and collective, Sukhoruchenko wished health, patience, constant progress and straight A’s to students of the MFA of Russia’s Boarding School.
GlavUpDK and the famed Boarding School are old friends. The Main Administration traditionally helps the School deal with economic issues, and the School’s art collectives are dear guests of GlavUpDK events.
The MFA of Russia’s Boarding School is one of the best schools in Russia. It is the successor of the Boarding School of the Soviet Foreign Ministry’s UpDK established in the town of Yunost in the Shchelkovo district of the Moscow region in 1962. School graduates are admitted to Russia’s prestigious higher education establishments. Many of them are successful people known to the entire country. There are diplomats, doctors, architects, actors and journalists amongst school alumni.
