GlavUpDK has played host to consultations between Russian and North Korean experts on the issue of diplomatic real estate.
A delegation of the North Korean Foreign Ministry headed by Deputy Director of the Financial and Economic Department, Shim Sung Ho, visited Moscow for the consultations.
For the Russian part, the consultations involved GlavUpDK Head Alexey Izotov, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Department on Capital Construction and Property Abroad Konstantin Potapkin, the Department’s Deputy Director Oleg Savkov, and Head of the Legal Service of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Legal Affairs Department Sergey Makarov.
The negotiations ended with the signing of a protocol and an agreement to hold the next round of consultations in May 2018.
