The Head of GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia, Alexey Izotov, has received Bulgarian Ambassador Boyko Kotsev on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic mission in Russia.
The meeting was held in a warm and amicable atmosphere. The ambassador lauded the quality of services provided by GlavUpDK and its affiliates. He noted that cooperation with GlavUpDK supporting the activity of the diplomatic mission in Moscow contributed to the strengthening of relations between Bulgaria and Russia.
For his part, Izotov thanked Kotsev for personally assisting in the solution of a broad range of issues pertaining to the interaction between the Bulgarian Embassy and GlavUpDK and expressed hope for its successful continuation.
