On December 19, 2016, the Russian Government Reception House (16, Vozdvizhenka Street) hosted a ceremony of awarding Yuri Ivanovich Levitsky, Deputy Head of the Real Property Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s GlavUpDK, with a Certificate of Honor of the Russian Federation Government.
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev handed him the Certificate for his major personal contribution to the development of international cooperation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of provision of services to foreign diplomatic missions and representative offices of international organizations.
