The Moscow Country Club, an affiliate of GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia, is offering special rates for the long-term lease of residences. A flexible system of up to 20% discount rates is in effect until December 20.
Sixty cottages and 14 townhouses are available for lease on the protected nature area of the Moscow Country Club, which exceeds 120 hectares. Each of them has a unique layout and meets high requirements of a modern businessperson.
Cottages ranging from 112 to 467 square meters in size are decorated in the Russian style. They are designed to offer maximum comfort.
A fireplace and a Finnish sauna are the integral attributes of every cottage at the Moscow Country Club. Logs or beams treated with materials that preserve the color and texture of wood were used to create the living space’s interior. The living space has parquetted floors, while heated floors in utility rooms are covered with ceramic tiles.
All houses are fully furnished and feature kitchens with a stove, an exhaust hood, an oven, a dishwashing machine, and a refrigerator.
The rate includes utility services, cleaning, and maintenance of general-use territories. Lawns are mown and flowerbeds are groomed in summer, while paths and roofs are cleared of snow, anti-icing treatment is provided, and waste is removed in winter.
Our specialists will take care of house maintenance, from the replacement of light bulbs to the cleaning of chimneys, repairs of household appliances, etc. There is a 50% discount on laundry, dry cleaning, and carwash services.
The lease of cottages at the Moscow Country Club gives sizable benefits to clients visiting our gym, the baths, and the swimming pool on the Club premises. There are group training sessions, yoga, and aqua aerobics for adults on weekdays. Children are invited to animation programs.
Our tenants enjoy a 25% discount at each of the three restaurants and four bars of the Country Club.
