One of the most anticipated club events outside the golf season - the Winter Golf 2022 tournament was held at the Moscow Country Club on February 12. The golf season in Russia lasts from April to October, so the winter tournament is a real treat for golf lovers.

Despite the snowy winter, five holes were prepared on the course. The game was played in the double scrambler format. 32 golfers took to the field, and Kenyan Deputy Ambassador to Russia Joshua Mwangi Mugodo also tried his hand at winter golf.

The team of Konstantin Sokol and Chairman of the Moscow Country Club Council Alexei Sidorov won the tournament, Natalia Zarudnaya and Alexander Timoshin took second place, Yegor Malevich and Evgeny Orekhov took third place.
