Description of a complex

A multifunctional complex Five Ponds that occupies over 46000 sq. m of land is a fine example of contemporary architecture. The building consists of 9 sections with a varying number of floors (3-11) and includes office and living space with separate access, as well as a well-developed infrastructure.

The complex is located in an eco-friendly district, near the Vorontsovsky Park, an architectural complex of high historical importance.

The convenience of transport links is due to the complex’s positioning:

  • Near Leninsky Prospekt, Vernadsky Prospekt, and Profsoyuznaya St;
